You must have an account in the Accommodate electronic reservation system to make a reservation in the Testing Centers.

If you already have a disability accommodation and you have made the request for the current semester then you have an account to make reservations.

If you need to apply for a disability accommodation, or you need to request your accommodations for the current semester, follow the directions on the 51视频 Disability Services Information for Students page.

Note: You need to request their semester accommodation a week before classes begin each semester.

If you are looking to take a makeup exam for the current semester you will need to create an accommodate account. Accommodate is our disability accommodation platform, which also allows you to create a testing center reservation.

To create a "testing center use only" you need to request through the . You need to full out the following information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Student ID
• Preferred Phone Number

You MUST check the yes option. "I am only requesting access to book exams in the Testing Center. I am not requesting a disability accommodations at this time."

You will receive an email confirming your request, then usually within one business day, you will receive confirmation of your account creation.

Once you receive the account creation email, you can make reservations at the testing center for the the remainder of that semester.

NOTE: You can only use the request form once. For any of the following semesters you would send a request asking to renew your testing center use only account by emailing disability services.
