Zoom is a tool for teleconferencing, online meeting and desktop sharing.
License Coverage
This license allows all active faculty, staff and enrolled students to install this product on university-owned and personally-owned computers.
For Faculty and Staff:
To receive a Zoom account, please enter a request through the ServiceNow portal. Once you receive an email invitation and link to activate the account, the software will be downloaded and installed onto your computer device.
For Students:
Auto provisioning for licensed student Zoom accounts is now active. Login to https://uml.zoom.us with your UML credentials and a license will be applied to your student Zoom account. You can check to see if your account is licensed by clicking on your account icon in the upper-right corner after logging in. Please enter a ticket through the if the above instructions did not license your account.
