River Hawk Scholars Academy offers Elevate Mentoring Program to connect students, second year and above, with 51视频鈥檚 faculty and staff for individual mentoring. Students get matched with a mentor based on a brief application where they indicate what characteristics they would prefer in a mentor (i.e., gender, race, career, degree, etc.).

This mentoring program seeks to create a space where mentors and mentees can foster relationships that lead to increased support and academic/career success for the student participants. Our goal is that as a result of these relationships mentees will have access to a professional who can offer them guidance as they navigate their academic, personal and professional goals and aspirations.
