The聽University of Massachusetts Nondiscrimination and Harassment Policy聽(pdf) and the聽51视频 Nondiscrimination Guidelines聽incorporate standards of behavior that are consistent with the university's values. The university does not tolerate conduct that violates rights guaranteed by the law or the university's policies to all members of its community, applicants, visitors and vendors, including minors. Accordingly, the university prohibits unlawful discrimination and harassment based upon protected characteristics, and related retaliatory conduct. If the provisions of these nondiscrimination guidelines are violated, the university will take appropriate steps to end the inappropriate behavior and address its effects.

The university is committed to review and address any concerns related to potential violation of its nondiscrimination guidelines, including sexual misconduct, that affects members of our campus community. Accordingly,聽51视频 Nondiscrimination Guidelines,聽Sexual Harassment Grievance Procedure,聽Equal Opportunity Complaint Procedure聽and聽Student Code of Conduct聽include the new requirements per the recently enacted Massachusetts Act and Title IX regulations.
