Biosketch

Yaning is currently a doctoral student in Criminology and Criminal Justice, having enrolled in the program in Fall 2024. His research interest involves policing, prosecution, courtroom decision makings and the criminal justice system. He has also been serving as a graduate research assistant, with responsibilities including conducting literature reviews, analyzing case-level prosecutorial data, and assisting in manuscript development aimed at peer-reviewed journals.
