        Description
        Job & Internship Search is designed to assist students in building critical job and internship search, application, and interviewing skills. Through a variety of interactive teaching methodologies and assignments, students will engage in strategic ways of looking for a job or internship, develop tailored application and self-marketing material, and practice communication their skills and experiences in relation to career goals. The course includes hands-on activities that cover resume writing, online searching, professional networking, and strategic interviewing. The goal of the course is to guide each student in developing and implementing a sound search strategy.
        
            Prerequisites
            ENGL.1010 College Writing I, and ENGL.1020 College Writing II, or HONR.1100 First Year Seminar in Honors: Text in the City.
