Description
This course provides a hands-on introduction to industrial engineering and the engineering design process. Through assignments and projects, students learn how to: identify a problem, develop alternative solutions, select the best alternative, make critical decisions, and work as a team. Students will be introduced to basic design )CAD) and control issues. Lecture and lab component.
