NOTE: Some academic programs have specific requirements that must be met in addition to a student’s cumulative GPA. These programs include:
- Music and Art majors must meet portfolio or audition requirements for admission to those programs.
- Students applying to any majors within our Francis College of Engineering or Kennedy College of Sciences must have appropriate math and science backgrounds to be successful in these programs.
- Zuckerberg College of Health Sciences students may need specific coursework for certain programs. Nursing applicants are not eligible for Direct Admission.
- School of Education applicants should have a grade of B or better for any teaching courses.
- Students who do not meet the requirements for their selected major will automatically be considered for an alternate program the applicant has selected on their application.
- For on-campus programs, applicants must meet English proficiency requirements.
- Applicants must demonstrate successful performance through their most recent transcript.

Disclosure of such matters does not automatically preclude admission.
